I am moderately experienced with recreational drug use, having done Weed, Shrooms and 1P-LSD among other things.
Yesterday I tried (powdered) Kratom for the first time, as my first opiate.
>put a larger teaspoon (approx. 4g) of the powder in a cup
>mixed with warm water
>added some honey
>drank
Yet i didn't feel any effects, including no ill-effects.

Might want to try again tonight using tosh-n-wash method.

You didn't have enough. Kratom usually takes more than you would think esp if you've done drugs before. My first time we put them in 500 mg pill capsules and I had 10 of them. One day after shouldn't affect tolerance. You can try it again tonight and tomorrow even if you know you're gonna moderate it long term, I knew someone who did it for a week and started throwing up and having weird symptoms.

This inital pack is i have only a 15g pack.
It says on the box, the regular dose is 1-2g. Also people on other forums seem to consider 4-6g to be a moderate dose.

I don't intend on making Kratom a persistant thing. I mainly wanted to compare opiates with my experience with milder shrooms (which have also given me the warm feels).
