There's this guy i like in school. His name is Dan. I really dont know my feelings for him. Im quite confused to be honest. I can't tell if it's infatuation or love.
I can't stop thinking about him, i know, it's kinda creepy especially for a girl.
And whenever i think about him, something goes on in my tummy. Like butterflies flying around and is it weird to miss him? We haven't hanged out or anything but we say hi to each other and he once patted my head and i liked it a lot hehehe.
Part of me wants to be in a relationship with him desu oh god and most part of me just wants to be really close with him enough for the people to think that we MIGHT be dating or in a relationship.

Judging by your post, you don't even communicate with him, chances are you don't really know anything about him and fill in the blanks with what you deem to be ideal.
Talk to him if you want to get close to him, but there's no guarantee that he will be interested in you back.

You don't know his family, you don't know his favourite food, you don't know his favourite films, you don't know how he likes his food and drink, you don't know the details of his face when he is sleeping.
You don't know anything about him, you can't be in love with him
You fancy him, that is about it.
If you want to get to know him, talk to him, just be prepared to be knocked back and accept that he might not be into idiots who are so unbelievably autistic that they need to add smileys to their writing.

Try to get to know him better maybe you end up with a great friend that is a good start
