It is illegal by law not to treat terminally ill people. So this people should be charged someway via public work or charging the country of origin for the medical costs or something similar. I am against illegal inmigration,but I don't think that having people dying on the streets is any good,as they could trasmit diseases and what not.

No, my school taught us to pass exams, which even them most didn't do great at that either, it was demolished and replaced a few years after I left.
Debating skills, money management and understanding relationships were not taught, a lot of people from my school ended up in the army, prison or had kids ASAP because living off the state was the best option for them, as we were not told that getting cars on finance, credit cards and living beyond your means was a bad idea.
