So /adv/ at the beginning of July I was prescribed 0.5mg Xanax for intense anxiety. I finished the whole bottle of 30 in 18 or so days. I hated how I felt on it but it calmed me

Now I'm out and I got a splitting headache, horrible brain fog, and horrible nausea. Is this the withdrawal that Xanax is known for? Is it even possible for me to become dependent that quickly?

Any remenedies to cure my symptoms would be greatly appreciated.

it does sound like you are having withdrawls. make sure to take some ib prophane for your head ache drink plenty of water. and stay off the xanax you will feel better in 4 or 5 days
