How am I supposed to look for the help I need when a lot of the time I can't even form a solid idea as to whats wrong.
Like sometimes it feels like there's so much going on and bugging me I can't make heads or tails of it.

Tell what you've just written there to a therapist. He/she'll know what questions to ask to help you clarify for yourself what it is that is bothering you, and then will help you cope with it.
That's what they're trained to do.
