So a few nights ago I had a small bit left in my water bottle, enough for three or four gulps, so I tried to put a tiny bit of fiber drink powder in it. My brother tells me I was putting too little, so he puts what looked like a total of two or three amounts worth. I take my time and take it down over an hour or so. Thing is my stomach has had those bowel vibrations for the past two days I would say, and I'm feeling the need to shit a lot, when I do it's one of those bowel floppy farts and tiny nugget little bills come out. I feel like there's more so I wait, try to push, but nothing. so I wipe and leave feeling the same shit in my stomach. I just took shit 3# today 40 sum minutes ago and I feel like I'm probably going to go again in like fifteen. What do I do with my life?

Your bowels will purge the crap over hours, or days in extreme cases. You shouldn't have done any lasting damage unless you have preexisting conditions, which I doubt based on your reaction.

I should know, IBS does this to me on a bi-weekly basis. Be glad you don't have severe pain alongside your case of the shits.
