I just graduated and turned 18. I have been accepted in higher education that leads to a promising job. However, I'm not really interested in this. I haven't really found something that captivates me. How did you guys discover your hobbies? How to find mine?

Try out lots of things. Eventually you'll find something that sticks. Learn to play an instrument, try cooking, write, dance. there are so many things to do. The world is your oyster, my friend. No, the world is a buffet of experiences. Let out your belt a couple notches and get eating.
I got into music because I come from a family of musicians, so it's always felt pretty natural to me. As for cooking, I learned to do it out of necessity and now I love it. I also make jewelry because I got my ears pierced and one day found myself with several lengths of small chain, some pliers and a small ankh charm. I definitely like doing all of these things, but I don't know that I could consider any of these are career path for me right now. Then again I have a severe seizure disorder that keeps me from working right now, So I've kind of had to reconcile my identity with living in a capitalist society that places a lot of value on what you do for work.
Tldr just get out and do shit, also you may just fall into something because you have to
