Find that out and then go google a data recovery service in your area

Put it in your freezer for half the day, they replug it and transfer your datas quickly. Then your HD will be unusable after a few hours.

Recover it yourself, and don't use it until you've figured out which tools/techniques work. That depends how broken it actually is.
If it's a SSD just give up, they can cost 20k to repair.
