I have a cold, you know blocked/runny nose, tiredness, slight headache.

I went home early from work so i could buy some meds, im taking them now but what are some other home remedies i can do to give myself the best chance of being well for work tomorrow on top of the cold medicine im already taking.

There is no cure for the common cold. Period.

You can do some things to reduce the severity of the symptoms - decongestants, cough medicine, etc - and there is some small indication that vitamin C can reduce the length of the cold.

But man up - it's just a cold.
