Her period is late as hell but she recently got off a pill that regulates her period and she had ovary cancer and her ovaries are fucked beyond belief. she should barely be able to have kids but that positive is there, and she did some stupid home made preg test that i don't trust

Tell her to see a doctor. Except for the exceptionally fertile, home pregnancy tests are meant to be used as indicators of when it's time to make an appointment with a doctor and have a real test done.

False negatives are a dime a dozen.

False positives, while possible, are very rare.

It's far more likely for her to have two false negatives than one false positive.
