What in the name of fuck is wrong with me? My asshole is like a fucking active volcano. I got to my hostel today fighting the pain and pressure writhing around in my intestines and when I sat down my ass just fucking exploded. And even though the pyroclastic flow of watery shit and wet gasses is gone Im literally going to the bathroom like every 20 minutes to squeeze out a dripple of liquified shit. And theres still this pressure in my fucking bowels.
This wasnt a problem till about 3-4 weeks ago, thats when my bowels started acting up. Before then I would only shit a few times a week.
What the fuck is wrong with me? I dont want to deal with this while Im vacationing. Pls help I just want to sleep ;_;

did it occur while on vacation? sounds like you experienced some sort of food shock. there are many cases of digestive systems being upset when traveling because you are not used to the food. its a real thing. vegetarians get sick if they dont ease onto it.
when i had a problem like yours, it was because i had horrible bowel infection. they never figured out why, but it was all enflamed. i got anti biotics and it calmed down. was agitated by using medications like truvada, but ouside of that ive been fine. but it was hardcore, shitting every 20 minutes, just tiny squits of poop water bad.

if you are abroad and this started after you travelled there, it could be seríous. Different viral and bacterial environment could cause this, but it could also be a parasite or something, depending on where you are. See a doctor.
