hey any military/ex-military guys about?
I'm joing the Royal Marines, but I'm worried about keeping the integrity of my relationship going while i'm spending the majority of the next year away training and then years overseas etc.
Aren't we just going to drift apart, or get consumed by grief missing each other, and then be forced to do special things when we meet and forget how to be comfortable?
I'm decisive about joining up, it's just a shame my 3 year old relationship may suffer, i want to marry this girl.
