Hey /adv/, got a weird one for you.
So I've had a phobia of vomiting for quite some time now.
On my 23rd birthday, I started a project (writer fag) where I write about vomiting (usually a first person scene containing it) every single day for one year. And that year ends in September.
So I want to force myself to throw up on my 24th birthday. I'm wondering what the best way to do that is? I'm leaning toward either putting my finger down my throat or using mustard water.
Anyone ever do something similar?
Any other advice?

Thought about it.
Sort of only want to throw up once. I'm under the impression that ipecac produces nausea for a half an hour or so?

Just looking to puke once or twice in a short amount of time. Not looking to actually get sick for a day or so.

Depends on your gag reflex, mine is strong. I can't burp so when I drink beer sometimes I get so bloated and I press my skinny button (fingers in throat) once and I have a crazy burp. Any more than once and I usually vomit. So I would say go for that. Note, your throat will probably be sore the next day from vomiting, don't make it a habit.
As an aside I think you are a weird and interesting person. Do you live in Western Canada? I think I would like to meet you.
