Did they only do one test for the thyroid or the panel of tests? I only ask because some doctors only run one test and it can show normal even if it isn't. But, the panel can show more details, I guess you would say. Vitamin deficiencies can also produce the fatigue. I hope you can find answers soon.

Thanks bro. The one thing I do know is that I am hypothyroid, but I'm on medicine for that and routinely get the full panel - believe me, I know my shit on that. Muscle aches, cold sweats, insomnia and nausea do not come from hypothyroidism, and I hope to find someone who understands that.

The muscle aches can come from the hypothyroidism due to the inflammation it causes if your levels are jumping a bit, Like if you need a higher/ lower dose. I'm borderline hypo and on nature thyroid and I'm all jacked up at times. The insomnia, nausea and cold sweats are not related.
