Hey /b/ I need serious advice with my relationship. To break it down shortly I met an 8/10 female 7 months ago who I've been together with for 6. I find her attractive funny smart and the kind of person I want to be.
Only problem is I care too much for her and I kind of see me holding her down what do I do ? I'll give more info needed

I can't sleep, bed 10pm-3am sleep 3am multiple wakes 11 am
Decent just trying to get 2k calories a day
Worked out tons at the start I realized I need to bulk and plan better if I wanna get anywhere.

Possible mental disorder. Inability to sleep at night is a major flag for that. See a doc if you can afford one.
Benadryl and valerian root tabs help me sleep when I want to. I have something similar
