You can really eat anything in moderation. Just keep an eye on your calories and it really doesn't matter at all what you eat.

I hope you mean calories, and you aren't trying to push that bullshit pseudoscience keto diet.

OP, it's really as simple as eating less calories than you burn. Calculate your TDEE, download myfitnesspal, count ALL of your calories throughout the day and be sure to eat 500kcal less than your TDEE. Also, you'll need to gradually adjust your calorie intake as you lose weight, and if your exercise habits change.
