Icthy after I shower

Stop being a punk and shower with cold water, that was my solution to that prob. Used to get red itchy patches after hot shower

Yes I have this too sometimes. It's not too bad really but definitely dry skin. What I found helping is not showering too hot, and not too often.

Seconding this. Buy some hippy soap without a lot of chemicals or fragrances and see how that treats you. I have to buy that shit to keep my skin from getting irritated, too.

Sheeeeeeeeit. The thing it I tried only using soap on my nether reigions, armpits and face (for a short while) but that didn't change anything. Do they have moisturizing soaps? I'll definitely give this a try.

you can still wash yourself every day, use a washcloth
