It didn't change my life or anything, I just feel more energy, it's much easier to get out of the bed in the morning and the memory is much better, focus as well
I think the reason why this works for me is that after fap I feel good like I just fullfilled my purpose and now I can just chill, I don't feel like doing anything and generally, everything is just meh

I have nofapped for 6 weeks due to surgery, and i had the complete opposite experience from everyone else.

Basically, if you combine nofap with the attitude that no woman, no matter the rate, has the power over you to make you want to fap to the thought of her, and instead of seeing her as a sexual object, you can just talk to her like any other person, since talking isn't going to lead anywhere - you'll have less pressure in yourself and it's something that can ease you into a more confident perspective in the whole dating/pickup game, as it'll free up time in the interaction schedule for gaining experience, without the risk of being rejected.

Also, what the other poster said, you'll have more energy. There's such a thing as orgasm hangover.
