So I broke up with my girlfriend recently. She wants me back now. We have broken up three times before for various reasons so I will look really stupid for going back a third time. Everybody knows we broke up already because she went looking for attention. I do love her still but I know we aren't going to last. She seeks attention and starts a lot of fights. Both our parents don't like the relationship and all my friends hate her. I don't like hurting her but I also don't want to lead her on.

Cut all contact like above anon said. Refuse her calls/texts/msgs. Dont answer. If she insists you can politely tell her to get the fuck out of your life. There is no other cure for what you described. If you stay you will suffer much pain.
