I have a blanket and pillow made out of microfiber (cover) and poliester (filling) and they require a Permanent Press cycle to wash in a washing machine. My washing machine doesn't come with this function, it is a samsung WF60F4E0N0W btw, but it has a Synthetics program for poliester and a Sports Wear program for micfofiber.
For the last 20 minutes I have been googling for substitution program for Permanent Press but all I could find is the description of a PP cycle. Any experienced anons out there who could help me decide what to do?
When in doubt, cold water on delicate cycle

Take it to have it cleaned.
That way if they fuck it up, they are liable. If that option is off the table, don't buy shit not worth taking to the cleaners.

My wife says you should put it in on the synthetic cycle. She seems to know what she's talking about.

I'll try doing that, any advice on the chemicals? I'll be using 3 in 1 Ariel.

Nah, the fabric is only worth about 4-5 times the cost of a dry cleaning. 2 times if I only count the pillow I have to wash separately due to the max temperature differences.
