Here's the deal, I'm very awkward in social situations, and nervous during interactions.
The biggest problem is most jobs require someone with "good communication skills", so how do I get gud?
Are there any books or video lessons for this kind of a thing?
I'm turbo autist
learning how to sing helped me. autistic people and people 'jump' between pitches when they talk but the 'correct' way of speaking involves smooth changes and movements

OP should go to college and meet other awkward people, and will slowly grow out of said awkwardness. OP will also have the opportunity to attend real communications classes that will develop strong skills, far greater than that required of communicating "Welcome to McDonald's, may I take your order?" on a daily basis.

I finished college tho, I spent 20 year of my life being afaird of people and having shy broken speech, it never went away on it's own.
Is there maybe such a thing as communication classes for adults?

learn how to sing and learn your full range so you don't have dissonant autist voice

Yes. Look at classes from whatever college you attended or something close. Take one that requires you to write speeches and deliver them in class, generally in the "Speech" categories.

Oh god I can't sing if my life depended on it.
Do you learn it yourself or from music teacher?
