How do I hold on to this challenge? I can go max 4 days without masturbation and that number doesn't seem to be increasing.
On the 4rh day my hands automatically goes inside my trousers and boom!
Any tips/advice?

There are no downsides to masturbating.
If you don't jerk off or aren't getting laid then you need to do one or the other. It's just how we are.
It's only bad if you'd rather jerk off then eat food, sleep, hobbies, visit friends, etc.

You have no sex drive or low testosterone. I'm not saying abstaining from masturbation is difficult. But if you can go months without any thought there's a problem. It's not willpower, there is something wrong with your penis.
