How do you know if you should get something to eat or not?
You should not eat those erasers

Nah, not them.

Those are erasers, not food
Definitely don't eat erasers.
>>17282461
when the erasers start looking tasty, then you know it's time to get some food.
>3D eraser
I need one of those.
I typically know it's time to eat when I wake up... and that's pretty much it. I only really eat once a day. If I wait, then I'll get hungry and I'll be too hungry to cook, and then just end up snacking all day.

I don't remember what all I ate before work, like a bowl of porridge, some bread and fish I guess, soup for lunch, and it's been like 3 hours and I'm hungry again. But I don't want to get up.

See? Too hungry to eat. It's a real thing.
I don't know, man. Porridge should be pretty dense and satiating. Bread and fish along with it is sort of odd, but good macros, I suppose.

Oh, it was like 6 pieces of herring straight from the jar. Was really craving salt, would've eaten more of it but there were only 6 slices left.
I don't really feel like porridge right now, but logically speaking I know I shouldn't go under 120 lbs, either, so nobody's winning today.
