Two ideas for you OP:

1. Go fuck an escort/hooker. Find one on AdultWork in your area with a good reputation that'll provide you with a good experience. This should hopefully get the pussy off the pedestal, and you'll lose some of your anxiety from interacting with women.

2. Imagine that the females you talk to her actually dudes. Don't treat the interaction like if you fuck it up you'll never get to fuck her. Chances are 99.9% of the time, the female you're talking to isn't going to want to fuck you anyway, so just focus on making friends. Use the FORD framework to talk to people, Family, Occupation, Recreation, Dreams.

To be completely honest, women enjoy it when you ask them a lot of questions; and make it seem like you're interested. If you feel like you don't have anything to say, ask them something.

Tried this. Actually feel like i've shared too much with her maybe.
This part was goddamn hard for me since i'm schizoid and barely even talk to my shrink. Been working hard to fix myself though, and i've gotten to the point where i can open up quite a bit with enough effort.

I had severe social anxiety (the stay in your house for months kind).

Here's what you do: Have as much social interaction as you can. Don't think about shit. If you can't get out of your head, focus on your breathing, in and out of your nostrils. Something basic, repetitive.

The more you mess up, embarrass yourself, and say whatever comes naturally, the less anxiety you'll have.

To get one qt, you have to choke in front of a few. For you that'll be a lot more than a few. Eventually you'll become a person that enjoys conversation with hot strangers and doesn't really care about the result. That guy gets pussy.
