After 4 years of complete death grip abd fapping almost daily with no lube after my last girlfriend broke up, I have trouble staying hard. I go soft right as I am about to enter a woman, same with blowjobs. I am uncut and I notice I will also go soft if my foreskin is fully retracted too.
How do I fix myself so I am not a total fuckup? How can I stay hard?
Should I get viagra?

It's almost certainly psychological; performance anxiety. It's self-fulfilling and every man has gone through it at some point. I got some viagra off the silkroad once and it's nice to have on hand when I'm hooking up with a new lady (which gets me nervous), but honestly you just need to stop worrying about it. Enjoy the experience of getting with someone and don't put pressure on yourself.

Where do you get this from? Deathgrip is a well known issue.
OP get a fleshlight. It will be softer than your hand and allow you to adjust to the different sensation.
Laying off porn is also a good idea. Masturbation doesn't matter (though it can obviously help you to get hard if you haven't gotten off in a while) but porn can teach you too much to expect in your face stuff when real sex is much less extreme and explicit in comparison. Learning to get off on fantasies that are much closer to the real life experience can help a lot with that.

Thanks.
Do you think I should get viagra if I meet up with someone soon? Maybe it will help as a confidence booster too

Yeah. I would not rely on that long term (side effects...) but no woman enjoys having her partner struggle to get it up (for her, in her eyes), let alone gets off on it.

Really don't think it needs to be an all or nothing approach. Just try to fap less, and do no porn (just your imagination) and see if that helps.
