Remind yourself that you did it before, so what's there to be afraid of?! Take things in steps and just try to get back out there...forgive any setbacks, but keep trying! I did that too, tried being confident in myself and talk to girls and be social. I failed miserably, guess being ugly and social can't go hand in hand. Confidence is a meme.

Nah mate, I'm fairly good looking and I lost my virginity at 24, while all my confident but less attractive all lost theirs between 17-19.
