speaking from personal experience, unhealthy diet and lack of exercise.

I eat healthy and I do run a few times a week. I'm actually underweight. I'm 6'0 and I weigh 140

again, speaking from personal experience, stress

you might not feel it, but you might have some unknown stress, try downing one of those hippie relax pills before sleep if you haven't already, otherwise just see a doctor.

Besides stress (as the other anons mentioned), it could be a circadian rythm disorder, in which case you need to see a doctor (sleep specialist specifically).

Get some tests done.
I had a similar problem. Turns out, it was over active thyroid. That's not to say that you have an over active thyroid, it does mean that you have some sort of internal bodily disorder. I could not sleep because my heart was beating at a very high rate (as if I am doing long distance running) while I am laying in bed in the middle of the night.
It's also what made me underweight. I was 1.78M, 50Kg.
It's most likely the circadian disorder.
You should still get yourself tested for several hypothyroidism, diabetes, hormonal imbalances etc.
