Just because she said that doesn't mean that's how she feels. It may have just been a random thought that popped into her head. The same way one might irrationally fear that their partner will stop loving them, they might irrationally fear that they might stop loving their partner. That doesn't mean it's likely or imminent at all. It might have just been a (rather poor) way of her expressing that she cares about you and doesn't want anything to ruin your relationship. If it's really bothering you, bring it up with her and ask what she meant by it. You guys sound like you have a pretty good relationship, so I wouldn't feel too worried.
