Receive proper training and apply for the job. The CIA is a large organization. Which specific job do you want and which training would it require.

Become multilingual.

Look into CIA SAD/SOG.
It's their "field agent" group. Just bear in mind they only recruit from the best special operations groups in the country, like Delta and DEVGRU.

A retired neighbor was in the CIA. He has never talked about it, but his wife let it slip once many years ago. He is very average looking so he blends in, and is extremely observant, smart, friendly, and outgoing. He is also small in stature so is non-threatening. But, I don't think he was a field agent.
