I would say that it's easy to remember that it's all fake and for the cameras, but then again so is hardcore porn and I would never be comfortable with my spouse doing that. But hardcore porn is a world away from kissing and pretend sex, the two can't really be equated.

If this is genuinely something that makes you horribly uncomfortable then you need to tell her that and try to work something out. If neither of you change your minds about anything then that might be a sign that you shouldn't be together. There's not really any advice that can be given here because no one can tell you how to think or how to feel and expect it to happen.

Personally, I don't think it would bother me that much. A kiss and some pretend sex done in a professional setting is pretty tame. I guess my opinion is a bit biased though because I have a friend who's been in a couple of indie films and she tells me that on screen kisses are almost always much more work than they are fun and are even pretty unpleasant unless the people have really good chemistry.

It's not just about what happens on the day they shoot the scene. If she's actually successful, ALL of OP's friends and family members will be able to see his wife naked, with some other dude groping and slobbering on her.

I'm not saying it's bad or slutty or she shouldn't do it. It's a job and there are a lot of respectable actresses who've done sex scenes. But if you have more "traditional" attitudes about relationships, just prepare yourself for long-term fallout over things like this. It's going to be a source of conflict.
