Drink water, even a little sip calms hunger.
In time your body will adjust and you wont even get hungry at night, the time it takes is different for everyone though, generally a few weeks to a few months.
Stop correlating hunger with eating.

eat more fat, it increases satiety like nothing else
eat less carbs, any kind of carbs

That, and fiber. Helps you poop, makes you feel full, etc. Also, stay hydrated. Most people don't drink enough water. Drinking enough helps with eating less.
