If you're a 37 year old guy and a 24 year old girl asks you out and you reject her because you have a girlfriend (even though you are attracted to this girl), would you tell anyone afterward to brag or make fun of her ?

No, but then again, I'm a normal human being.
Neither. Both are quite tacky.

I'd probably mention it to a friend or two if they asked how my day is going.
It'd go something like this:
>"hey hows it going?"
Pretty fucking good actually. A hot girl asked me out today. It was nice.
>"Shit that's awesome".
Yep.
That'd be the extent of it. I wouldn't name names though cause that's how shit gets spread.

Ok. I'm about to ask this guy out and I have no idea if he has someone. But we work in the same field so we have a lot of acqaintances in common (he knows my boss). I wouldn't want anyone to know, really.
Any tips on asking him out ?

First of all, ask if he has a girlfriend.
Be obvious but casual...
Such as
>Hey, done anything fun lately, like hang out with the girlfriend...?
Say it with a flirty grin. He'll know it's obviously phishing for information, and he'll be flattered.
If he hasn't got one he will probably say "nah, nothin' like that, unfortunately" or some shit.
Then you can say "So, nothin planned...?"
He'll be all like "no".
Then you can be all like "Well, maybe we could do somethin' together then, like bang, or go see a movie or some shit".
Then he'll be all like "Yeah, cool. Can I get your number".
That's how it's done.

Thanks that seems like a good plan (except the "we should bang" bit).
If he has a girlfriend though I would still wanna be friends with him because he is super fucking cool. However, we met just 2 months ago and we're not really friends yet although we get along very well. We are working on a project together but the project will end in 3 weeks and I might never see him again after that if I don't do anything.
So if he has a girlfriend will he find it suspicious if I suggest having lunch from time to time after the end of the project ?
