My partner spends most of their time talking to other people around me in their language, should I learn it so I know what the fuck they are saying?

Why the fuck wouldn't you learn your partners language? That is literally the first thing I would do.
Learn their language.

While I agree with your sentiment it is entirely possible they are just two different European ethnicities.
What's the problem?

In a private setting, it's incredibly rude to not speak the same language if everyone knows one. I had a GF that would speak spanish when her mother came around and it was the most annoying shit ever. My spanish is basic, I can pick out words and basic sentences but that's about it (not to mention they weren't speaking latin spanish). It's like look you fucking cunts, this is my home. I pay 100% of the bills, rent, utilities, internet, food, pets, everything. This is an american apartment, you will speak american.
Had another GF that lived in mexico. When visiting her family, a few of them didn't speak english. I could keep up a simple conversation with them at least but whatever. It's their home. They can speak whatever they wanted.
