I have a small bump on the fleshy part of where my foreskin used to be on the underside of my penis, don't know what that's called. It's a little bigger than a grain of salt. It doesn't burn, although it does hurt when I squeeze it and the tiniest bit of pus comes out. I hasn't grown or expanded or scabbed over or anything and it's the only one. It doesn't appear very red or inflamed.
Is this just a pimple or should I be freaking out?

Anytime anything leaks where it shouldn't you should probably get checked out.
When you get cut you are supposed to bleed, so that doesn't count unless it's serious.

Is it liquid pus or solid-ish?
If it's solid it could be sebum from fordyce spots, they're very common little white bumps on the penis. Nothing to worry about unless there's a ton of them and it becomes an aesthetic issue.
Hurting when you squeeze it is pretty normal, you're pinching your dick after all.
If you have liquid pus that leaks out you definitely need to see a doctor.

It's very solid, tiny, and comes out extremely slowly. This sounds like what it is. It hasn't changed in like 3 or 4 days since I noticed it so it's probably not herpes. I should still go to the doc but phew.
