you can use some of them because they usually have the same base ingredient. it won't make much of a difference though.

stop touching it, dont wear tight jeans etc. for a bit untill it goes away. start taking Lysine daily (google it) to reduce the amount of outbreaks and get on with your life. it's a skin condition not aids.

Use a condom, tell them if you could see them as a potential gf otherwise there's always a risk involved when you have sex with a random persons so it's not your responsibility other than making sure you use a rubber.

It's really not all that bad. I caught it from my ex who never had symptoms, we just proceeded to do it without a condom after that since she had the virus anyway. Most people never even get symptoms.
There's people out there who have it way worse so don't act like such a faggot about it.
