Truck driver, after working at it for a few years you can even buy your own truck and pick the jobs you want to do

Well then, what DO you have? Are you good with people? Can you build or fix things? Are you good at organizing things like paperwork?

What kind of tech? I have known many IT people who were not smart. But they were good at responding to error messages and making sure people around as dumb as them could print things out at the office. Are you good at making computers do what they are supposed to? If so, you could find a path for yourself doing desktop support in a medium-to-large company in a not-that-tech-oriented city.

There are also a lot of repair/technician jobs that don't require much intellect, but you do have to be good with your hands and with systematic thinking.
