How do I stop getting angry at everything?

Depends on your lifestyle.

The easy and guaranteed way is alcohol and cigarettes.

Spending time outdoors, exercise, jogging or running, shooting, and listening to comedy also helps but not everyone has the time or money for that.

Also, I'm not OP. Exercise hurts me, what's there to do outdoors, why jog and run if it makes me look like a fucking dork, and which comedians do you recommend based on my tastes? I enjoy Eddie Murphy, John Mulaney, George Carlin, and on rare occasions, Jackie Martling.
