I've always had ADHD like symptoms but nothing too serious. Now that I'm getting older it's getting harder and harder for me to stay focused and on task. I will be a STEM fag at a pretty rigorous school next year and I don't want to fall behind just because of my inability to focus. It's very easy to do well in highschool (I'm 18) without little effort but I know Comp Eng will require a lot of effort and discipline. Does anyone have any tips for staying focused and forcing yourself to be more productive?

Get a planner and plan every hour of your day, leaving room for breaks and a little free time. Stick to it religiously and wear a watch.

Have down time to decompress after studying. I used to run after studying and the content would mesh a lot better. I hear there are studies on this but I'm way too high to confirm.
