Spray tan I guess. Still not good for you, but it's at least not as unhealthy as an actual tan.

Just buy body tint or whatever if you need for a special occasion (or wear hosiery for legs).
You could visit a tanning booth, but even then, you'd have to start slow so as to avoid burning. (Like s 5 min session every other day). And you skin will dry out and look gross even if you moisturise well. I do not recommend.
