This. I realize you put Cont. in your first post, but I've read enough. The guy is off his fucking rocker, and it actually seems like a potentially dangerous situation. I'd definitely alert someone in the faculty that can deal with this, maybe kicking him out.

With this, I talked to the school board and got a restraining order. You'd think this would stop him, but nope.

Today, I was talking to my buddy and this fucking guy comes and sits with us and joins our conversation. I'm so fucking tired, this has been going on all year, so I just stopped talking. I would've yelled at him in the past but obviously that doesn't work and I'm just so damn tired and scared.

What do I do? I have nightmares about this idiot and I get anxious about going to class. Please help.

Years ago, when we were in college, my now wife had a similar problem. Chick in CS, creepy dudes everywhere, most backed off once they knew she was involved, most of the rest backed off once they actually saw me. One guy didn't work it out, kept showing up places, kept asking her out. I warned him that it was time to move on. He angrily confronted her about how rude I was after following her to her apartment. The next morning he got mugged by some guy in a ski mask and ended up in the hospital with a collapsed lung.

Stop doing what people tell you you're supposed to as a woman, stop being kind, ask your boyfriend to handle it.

In Alabama, since we were the most violently racist state until recently, there's some bullshit quota they have on the number of black kids they can get in trouble. Back when I was in high school they sent white kids to alternative school for inane reasons (like having an Advil in their car) so that the alt schools would be balanced and there wouldn't be a black majority there. They're given the benefit of the doubt because 'bama is desperately trying to wipe that confederate reputation away.

Start carrying a lighter. A cheap convenience-store model will do. The next time he hands you one of these letters, burn it without reading it (standard fire safety rules apply, of course; find an excuse to take it outside, and burn it on pavement or concrete). If he mails it to you, mail back the ashes (burned not quite beyond recognition, because he needs to recognize what it is).
