I always have a lot of trouble getting out of bed in the morning or getting off my ass if I'm sitting down relaxing or doing something fun. But breaking down my whatever I plan to do helps for me. Instead of thinking "I need to go shower" or what have you while lying in bed, just focus on the one task you are presently going to do- standing up. Once you're standing up, or away from whatever it is that's presently distracting you (computer, video games, a comfy bed) it's a lot easier to go be productive.
