I fell asleep today at work during a meeting, again. At first i thought this is because im not sleeping enough at night but for the past 2 months ive gotten 6-7 hours of sleep at night during the week. I find it hard to believe this is so little sleep that i get sleep attacked during team meetings and while im driving.
Im not always this prone to falling asleep. I go through cycles of emotional highs and lows every few months and when im on my high period i dont fall asleep at all. This makes me feel like it's related to my hormones.
Has anyone had similar problems?
You could ask a nutritionist to do a saliva test to see what's up with your adrenal gland. It's what produces/regulates your hormones, mainly cortisol.
What times at work are you falling asleep? Is it only in meetings?

Sometimes happens when im sitting at my desk trying to read something but it's most problematic during meetigs. I just can't help it at all. Used to happen when im driving to but nowadays that got better.
God damnit i fell asleep at my desk again. Im sure ku coworkers think lowly of me and it's only a matter of time before my manager sees it too
