start saving up as much money as you can afford to go towards some decent cooking supplies. obviously, the stove and few pots and pans, etc. then once you have that make sure you have like $100-$200 saved to spend on ingredients and extra pans or stuff like that. usually supermarkets will sell what you're looking for.

Get into raw foo? I solely cook. Mainly i eat salads, fruits, smoothies, nuts and occasionally fish and eggs (you can tot make these in a microwave). Focus on avocados, bananas, salmon, nuts, oats, coconut milk, make decadent dressings and add seed and stuff to your salads. Nutbutters are your friend when trying to gain weight.
