Well OP, don't worry about it now. It looks fine. However, when you actually do go bald, get a hair transplant done by a good surgeon. You see, natural remedies are bullshit, and rogaine/minoxidil don't really help much. And once you stop using them the hair falls out again.

Hair transplants on the other hand are great because they are permanent.

Don't shave your head right away. It looks like shit, most women don't really like bald guys and only a few guys can pull off the look. If you are fat, then work out. Nothing worse to women than someone who is fat, bald and short. Besides that, just save for a hair transplant and do some research on FUE/FUT procedures.
