hate to say it but immigrating into the US unless you have a spouse or family that is already a US citizen is extremely difficult, give this chart a look over for a reality check

to get a work permit you'd need to have an offer of employment from a US employer and he would have to be so desperate to hire you that he's willing to go through the hundreds of thousands of dollars and years of processing it takes to get you in. He would also need to prove that he attempted to get an American for this job but was unable to, its basically impossible.

idk about that but I have a friend at work who married an Irish woman who he's been trying to sponsor and has complained quite bitterly about how difficult the immigration process is

A lot of countries don't recognise other country's law degrees. Happens to my dad. Shittiest thing - smart person ended up doing manual labor work for the rest of his life.

Your law degree is worthless here, but when you marry him you can move there and get another degree from an American law school.
