How do I stop being so attached to my girlfriend? I don't wanna end it or ruin it or anything but we have a lot of problems and she has a ton of baggage so I kind of want to just take it easy and enjoy it while I wait to see where it goes. We hit it off hard and got kinda serious kinda fast but we got a bunch of problems and kinda cut back a bit and we also don't really see each other a lot.

Keep your options open. There needs to be a clear distinction between your life and hers, otherwise, she will end up defining you and vice versa. This is bad fucking news.
If the main problem is, is that you feel too attached to her, go out and start doing other things, try new hobbies, meet new people, develop personal skills. This way you're doing things for yourself and building on an already stable base. If you spend all the time worrying about these problems etc, it's going to collect into some massive storm-drain of shit.
If you feel like you want to see more of her, just say, but understand why you want to see her. Don't let anyone define you, ever. Don't get too attached to anyone, ever.
See her more, message her. Being attached is not bad unless it's controlling or you're unable to do anything as an individual too. I'm completely attached to my boyfriend he means the world to me, we fell in love hard and fast too, and I know I'm obsessed, though I think it's balanced when we see each other more, as it's comforting and reassuring to feel that loved
