Not a native speaker. There are about 60 to 100 words I must memorize and I can say that using memory cards really works well. There are apps that you can make flash card sets for memorizing stuff. But you have to write all the words and English definitions by hand.
Is there any way (an app, a program, a site etc) I can just pick, say 60 words, and it will ask me those words and show the definitions; like memory cards?

I checked it, it's pretty much the same. You can to download a deck of cards or you have to create each card one by one in anki
