Be serious in general. Witty when the mood is light. Good posture. Confidence. Tolerant of others opinions, not bigoted and no large emotional outbursts (except rare occasions). Takes a stand even against the popular opinion when you can rationalize it. Criticizes wrongdoings.

I'm male but this is the traits I see as ultra manly. Aside from looks (arguably posture is looks though). George Clooney in Oceans XI is the most manly character I can think of atm.
