I want to stop procrastinating.
For last 5 months all I did was posting stuff in internet and playing games. I live off income from my website and I'm too lazy to even go to employment center and register as unemployed to collect the benefits (although they are not that great here in Russia).
Every morning I wake up, feel awful and, to distract myself from heaviness, go do something in internet. Usually I keep things that way until the and of the day, although sleepiness and heaviness go away after breakfast.
Ideally I would like to start day with morning exercises, follow todo list throughout the day and go back to work as programmer. But something stops me every morning.
Logistical blocks don't help. Even if I remove computer altogether, I procrastinate using books and walking around.
How do I find a way out of this vicious cycle?

I have some methods myself

1.I usually wake up early every morning, so that I can start the day off without being tired and groggy.

2.I use ADHD medication, it helps me to stay focused on college work, and on social activities.

3.I have an agenda that I keep to see what I have to work on, so that even when I have free time, I'm always ahead on work and I am getting something done.

4.If I absolutely have nothing left to do, I go for nature walks. These help clear my mind, and they make me think about my surroundings in a more in depth way.

If all else fails, try and find a hobby that helps stimulate your brain. This can include online tests, puzzles, and exercise. This will help keep you active and higher functioning. Good luck OP, and have a wonderful day.

>2.I use ADHD medication,

Not OP but I tried that. It's not really a cure for procrastination. I just focused the shit out of gaming and 4chan.

I'm naturally lazy. If I had my way I'd spend half the day in bed wanking, then the other half sat in front of the pc covered in my own sperm playing vidya and pissing in a bottle. There's a trick for getting shit done:

Make small changes slowly. Spend a week getting up at 7am, but then do whatever you do now for the rest of the day. The next week, write down one thing to do the next day when you go to bed, then get up at 7, do the thing, then slack off as usual for the rest of the day. As you keep working at it you can add larger and more complex tasks, and within a few months you'll be one of those horrible bastards who gets up at 5am and checks his business emails whilst on the treadmill. The key thing is to not change too much at once - otherwise you'll get to the point of "fuck this it's too hard I'm going back to bed". That leads to "I tried really hard but it didn't work so I'll just give up all together", which in turn leads to "what's the point of trying again I can't do it" and you end up worse than when you started. Slow and steady wins the race.

This, really curious now OP.

Find a new hobby or job that involves physically building or fixing something and working with your hands. Something where you can immediately see the results of your hard work right there in front of you. It is so much more satisfying than what you've been doing.

I am a computer programmer also by the way.
