1. Fuck a prostitute. Save up a bit of money, and find a decent hooker. Dont go to a street walker, that shits dirty. I was in a similar place OP, was a virgin until 21 and ended up on a whim going to a brothel and losing my virginity. Because I was a virgin for so long, I lost a lot of confidence around girls, even more so as I got older and the chance of me finding someone who was also a virgin decreased. I'd get anxiety, because if I ever did hit it off with a girl and it went to the next level, I knew I'd feel so lost. So just getting that experience of knowing what sex was actually like, and not having the anxiety of disappointing your partner because its just a prostitute who cares, during your first time is the best. After that sex wasn't just this thing that existed in porn, it was real, and a normal part of life. Its not like I turned into this super stud after or anything like that, but having the mental barrier of 'you're just a virgin' removed did help improve my confidence.

2. Improve yourself. Try and become a better person. Start getting fit, put some effort into your appearance. Make an effort to be social and to try to talk to girls. It fucking sucks, because its hard, and its very easy to do nothing and make no effort. But doing nothing gets you nothing.
